Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean and Justin Jules.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

This story is about two brothers, high school basketball athletes by the names of SEAN JULES (17) and JUSTIN JULES (18). Sean and Justin was born in Newark, New Jersey. At a young age, they moved to Montreal, Quebec Canada. They felt in love with basketball by watching Kobe Bryant and Lebron James playing basketball. Sean and Justin parents registered them in their school soccer team and basketball team in Montreal, Quebec Canada. After two years playing soccer, they told their mom and dad, they want to focus in playing basketball. Since then, the Jules brothers never stop playing basketball. After many years of success and failures, the Jules Brothers never give up. Sean Jules the younger brother became one of the top middle school and high school basketball player in Montreal. Quebec went to play for Quebec national youth basketball team at 14 years old travel all over Canada and the U.S. Sean Jules was the MVP and all stars playing for many years average 26 points and 15 rebounds and took his team to the state championship game and was the MVP player. Sean was ranking a top 4 star high school player as a freshman in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Justin Jules also had many many successes helping his high school team averaging 15 points, 12 assists and 4 rebounds. Now the Jules’s Brothers moved back to New Jersey getting ready to play varsity basketball for Elizabeth High School in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

For us success is part of our everyday life. Every single day we wake up and we are alive it’s a blessing and we use that blessing as a success for that day. There’s different level of success, we don’t have to have a million dollar in our bank accounts or win a championship to say this is success. As long we learn something everyday, as long we are making progress everyday, we take that a success. I remembered when started playing basketball, we could not even dribble the ball and could not even shoot the ball. We spent hours and hours playing basketball everyday and everywhere we go even in our bedrooms. The more we play, the better our skills become. This is why we believe, success is not easy but you can have success everyday if you work hard everyday. Right now we are getting very good grades in school but it takes us a lot of time studying everyday. For example we had real painful injuries while playing basketball over the years even recently. Sometime we had to play with pain in order to win..

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

The work we do is going to school studying and playing basketball. As brothers, we play very very well together because we have been playing together for a longtime. We believe in ourselves and we hate losing. We want to be winners in every team we play for even though the team is not a good team we just believe we can win. Any coach or any team who give us the opportunity to play for them will not regret it because we are not afraid to play hard and get dirty to win.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Our best piece of advice to readers or anyone is this, don’t let anyone tell you that you are not good enough or not smart enough, not strong enough or you will never make it. Reject all the negative comments and believe in yourself and work everyday in your weakness. Don’t let anyone decide your life for you. Only God control your life no one else. Once you make yourself believe in yourself, you will see that anything is possible. For example, our goal is to play professional basketball in the future. We believe 1000% we will get there and will not let any coaches or anyone else stop us. We know its not easy to get to the NBA but we believe if we put the hard work everyday, step by step we will get closer to our goal. Now we are playing High School varsity basketball, our next step is to play Division 1 college basketball and we will not let anyone stop us. Only God can stop us, no man will stop us. Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

For us, the word success mean hard work everyday and never give up. Always out work everybody in the gym, in your field. Always believe you can do better.

What’s next for you?

What next for us? What’s next for us is in God hand. We are getting ready to work hard and play hard for Elizabeth High School Varsity Basketball team in Elizabeth New Jersey and looking forward to win a championship before we go play college basketball. We spent most of our time playing basketball in Canada. We look forward playing High School Varsity basketball in New Jersey and take it one day at a time.
